1. It was such a pleasure to work with Lisa and the formalities staff during my wedding planning.Formalities had everything I needed to complete my wedding. I was able to find the perfect dress, beautiful bridesmaids dresses, all of my groom's needs and every possible accessory to complete my bridal look!

   Lisa made everything so easy and conveniant. Her staff is phenomenal and they were there for me on my special day!

   I would definetly recomend Formalities to anyone looking for a classy, stress-free, and fun wedding dress shopping experience!

2. Mothers of the Groom are a unique species. I was full of anxiety as I live far from my son and future daughter-in-law and far from the wedding site, Austin, TX. My anxieties were abated several times and during several visits to Formalities. I needed alterations on a gown I had chosen somewhere else. Not only did Lisa and Mirta support me in my choice but they assured me the dress would be perfect by the time alterations were done. I worried needlessly, the tucks were all right, the hem, a perfect length and I was calmed during my visits by watching the other brides and youngters trying on all kinds of "formalities" for their different events. I even watched Lisa and Mirta calm the teens who needed all those gowns for a very important concert. They were treated with equal respect from these two ladies. Their shop is so busy but such a happy place. And they were right, I did my "cha cha" with my son and a "hustle" with my new daughter -in- law and never once put a heel into my hem. Kudos to Formalities!

3. What a fabulous experience at Formalities Bridal and Evening Wear! I walked into Lisa's business for a last minute alteration for an event I wasattending that evening. I try to avaoid last minute requests, as I know it can be stressful for the service provider. Lisa greated me with calmness, professionalism and reassurance that she would have my dress ready for me by the end of the day. While I was there, I noticed her unbelievable inventory of evening wear. She has a selection that is unique and of great quality. I tried on a couple of dresses, which fit great, but needed minor altering. Lisa prepared me for alterations, and now I'm ready for my next 2 community events! Thank you, Lisa!

4. As one who hates shopping for clothes, last month I went to Formalities dreading my task of finding a dress to wear to my daughter’s upcoming wedding (in April). I was wrong to have worried about it; Lisa made the experience not only easy and painless – she made it enjoyable. I appreciated the fact that Lisa makes appointments even for Mother of the Bride gowns. It makes a huge difference to have someone’s undivided attention when you are looking for a dress for such an important event.

   Lisa is an absolute professional. She not only knows her extensive inventory inside and out, she knows what will and won’t work on a person’s body type. She is also willing to give her honest opinion, which is refreshing and very helpful.

   When I found a dress a loved I hesitated because it was missing a couple of features that I had liked on other dresses. Lisa suggested that I could order that dress and have the designer add the features that I liked. That would have never occurred to me but it made the dress perfect.

   I highly recommend Lisa and Formalities Bridal Salon. You will be in excellent and very knowledgeable hands.

5. It was a rare opportunity that presented itself when I recently went to FL with my 2 daughters to see my elderly mother. How could we not go look at bridal gowns for my daughter who got engaged in August, given that we live in different states. Little did we know, that just by luck, we happened upon the most wonderful bridal shop, Formalities Bridal Salon. Lisa stayed open late for us and patiently helped my daughter try on dress after dress. The selection was remarkably beautiful and unique while affordable at the same time. When we all cried upon seeing her in one such dress, we knew we had found the perfect gown. Lisa gave us wonderful advice and made it about us and the dress/price point we were looking for. She never pushed a dress based on profits. We all felt so at ease with Lisa and she took care of us like we were part of the family. I can't recommend Formalities Bridal and Lisa Edenfield highly enough.

6. My daughter fell in love with an Enzoani bridal gown after seeing it online. The dress was not available in any stores in my state. The only way it could be seen and tried on was at a trunk show. We went online to search for Enzoani Trunk Shows and saw the Formalities website. Lisa, the owner, had a trunkshow scheduled for a weekend we were to be in Florida. I called Lisa, she was so kind and concerned with being sure the gown my daughter wanted would be included in the trunk show. She was just as warm and patient with my daughter and I when we arrived. My daughter was able to try on and order the dress of her dreams as well as her shoes and jewlery. Thank you Lisa for your expertise and for making this an enjoyable experience.

7. I can't recommend Formalities highly enough to brides who are in search of that perfect wedding dress for the most memorable moment in time. Lisa is wonderful, and the store has such a pleasant atmoshphere with such a great selection of dresses. My experience there was absolutely exceptional!

8. Lisa Edenfield (owner of Formalities/Lakewood Ranch Bridal) "went above and beyond" to help me look my best for my daughter's wedding. She was so helpful and accomodating to my busy work schedule and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Her shop offered the biggest selection of Mother of the Bride dresses in the area along with all of the accessories needed (shoes, purse, jewelery, etc.). Her selection of bridal gowns, veils, shoes and accessories was also very elaborate.
